In the rare instance that you have a problem with your order, or you have ordered by mistake and would like to return your item, then we're happy to oblige, as long as you keep the following points in mind:
- You must request an RMA from us before you return a product.
- All returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
- Please provide your order number and reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you an email.
- Returns must be in their original packaging and in new condition.
- We are not responsible for your shipping charges. It is your responsibility to ensure sure your returned package reaches us.
We will issue a refund only after you submit an applicable ticket to us with order number, your details, your purchase date and your reason for requesting a refund.
Please be polite when you contact our staff. I understand that things outside of our control can go wrong when you least expect, but this is rare, and our staff are people too. We will do everything to help you out, and we have thousands of happy customers who have had hours of joy using our products.
