Shipping
US domestic orders over $65 are entitled to FREE Standard Shipping via DHL, this takes 4 - 7 days to arrive usually.
You can also upgrade to Tracked Priority Shipping via UPS for faster 2 - 4 day delivery times.
We process all orders on the same or next working day.
Your order will be well packed in a protective bubble envelope, or a cardboard box depending on the number and size of items.
Delivery takes between 4 - 7 business days for Standard Free Shipping, and between 2 - 4 days for Tracked Expedited Shipping (chosen at checkout), depending on your state of residence.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.
Free Shipping will be dispatched by DHL, and Tracked Expedited Shipping is via UPS.
You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.
Your item(s) should ideally be unopened and untampered.
Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Unfortunately due to the time and bulk of a completed model, we can't do this.
